9:15 am in the Historic Sanctuary.

The meeting will be held in-person with health and safety protocols
(masks must be worn and seating with physical distancing).

Reception of Reports on the State of the Parish
Community Recognitions and Awards
Parish Elections for the following 
      For 1 Wardens (2-year term)
      For 1 Warden (1-year term)
      For 2 Vestrymembers (3-year term)
      For 2 Vestrymembers (2-year terms)
      For 1 Deputy to Diocesan Convention (3-year term)
      For 1 Deputy to Diocesan Convention (2 year term)

As the Annual Meeting includes elections, voting will be conducted. Your voting must be done either in-person on Sunday morning or via the online ballot. Physical balloting will take place on Sunday morning. Electronic balloting will open from 9:15 am –  5 pm, Sunday, December 5.

All are welcome to attend the Annual Meeting of the Parish, those participating in Parish elections must meet the following qualifications, be:
baptized;
at least 16 years of age;
of good moral character;
parishioners in good standing of the Protestant Episcopal Church;
regular attendees of the services of the Parish for six (6) calendar months before the meeting; and
regular contributors for six (6) months to the current expenses of the Parish
.
